I’ve used C&C for nearly 20 years! Excellent service and care on both my home and my business premises. The whole team are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Having had C&C Security Systems look after our existing alarm system for a number of years, we chose to have them put in a new system for us. We were very glad we did. Initially, Mike planned our new alarm system, then Kerry in the office ordered the new system parts and followed up with an installation date, contract documents and dealt with our concerns. Finally, Matt did the installation and explained the new system. They were all extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend this excellent company.

Fab service to my elderly mum today when her alarm went off. Came sharply, explained clearly what the issue was to her, stayed well past the call out time but still only charged call out fee and went around to neighbours explaining the issue because she can’t.

Fantastic family run company which means the level of service is great. Fitted a fab system that we can control remotely. They are happy to answer any questions and help with any issues. They are also a lovely bunch of people! Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend C&C highly enough from the office staff who organised everything to the engineer who installed our alarm. There is also the added bonus of a brilliant APP to control the system. Thank you for explaining how to use it best. 5* service all round & excellent clean up on site.

My experiences with C&C were really positive. The staff were efficient and personable, got the alarm fitted really promptly and provided lots of information/after care for the new system.

Can’t recommend this company high enough. From requesting estimate to installation, the people were polite and helpful. The engineers gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing and were thinking about my needs. They were meticulously clean and tidy. The after care is also well thought through.

C&C were recommended to us by family, and true to their word we were not disappointed. From the get go we were put at ease and the entire process was super smooth and stress free. Mike visited our home to discuss what options were available and to find out what requirements we had. Not once did we feel like he was trying to sales pitch or up-sell us, in fact quite the opposite. The quote arrived in a couple of days and Kerry was able to squeeze our install in earlier than anticipated thankfully which was a huge help to us. Matt arrived to install the system and as mentioned in other reviews it was done very quickly, with literally zero mess and with not a single wire visible. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks C&C, we would have no problems recommending you to any of our friends and family.

It was good that when contacting C&C they highlighted the potential cost of their service, but we liked them due to their credentials. For example, we contacted another supplier who said he could give us a quote without visiting on site and they were cheaper but we liked C&C’s professionalism. When they came to undertake the inspection, I was impressed with the quality of the advice from Mike that we were offered before deciding how to proceed and actually that played a huge role in us deciding to proceed with C&C. In particular, we discussed how digital capability was impacting on how systems were being used and the move away from fibre. Where best to place the sensors. We were provided with two quotes reflecting our options. The installation was smooth, and the engineer was friendly and demonstrated how to use the associated app. The fact that C&C remain as a constant should we face any kind of urgency is also another reason why I would highly recommend them!

I would absolutely recommend C&C for installation of a burglar alarm. We wanted a high quality alarm and we are very happy we used them. The service provided by Mike and all the team has been top notch. It’s also great to use an excellent local, reliable, family-run firm. 5 stars!!!

I received some really great service from C&C and Kerry in particular today. I gave them a call for some advice about a dead battery in a residential alarm regarding the voltage requirements of the battery, instead of trying to convert me, or not wanting to help me because I’m not a customer, Kerry gave me some great advice, really clear and concise and definitely knew her stuff. Helped me make some decisions which made my life INFINITELY easier. If I hadn’t have solved my problem, C&C would have been my very next call, because good service is hard to find even when you ARE a customer, much less when you just need some advice. Great work. Rest assured I’ll be sending anyone who asks for a good security company, in your direction!

Sterling customer service and installation. C&C identified our needs precisely and installed the systems professionally. Everything was done swiftly and with great care, including the after-sales service.
